About The Project

"Port Baku Residence" is a luxury residential complex with a magnificent view overlooking the Caspian Sea and Seaside National Park. Built to the highest international standards, these three residential buildings contain 800 luxury apartments. The lighting system implemented in the project meets the most modern standards and provides users with a wide range of functional management options. Different types of light groups installed in the building have both automatic and manual control features.
